It's okay to smile
I know it doesn't always feel right to smile
With the dark clouds overseeing all the redness on these streets
But sometimes a smile can be as contagious as the chicken pox
Maybe if we keep opening our eyes and finding reasons to smile
We can be the rain and wash away that redness
Even with kids
When they fall
They cry for a bit but they get back up
Smile
And start playing again
Even in our dark times
We have to smile
We always have that someone that can make us smile
Or
That one funny animal video
Don't be afraid to smile
We have to be that rainbow after the rain
Or that sunshine after the storm
Or that light in the darkness
Whatever you are going through
Just smile
