Ingredients 500g cake flour 1cup sugar 175g margarine 3 eggs 10ml vanilla essences 10ml cooking oil 15 ml baking powder 1 - 2 cups milk 175 g strawberry curd 1 tin caramel 1-2 cups Icing sugar 1 250ml Fresh cream 1 baking tin round 1Spray and cook Method Cream sugar and butter the add eggs vanilla essences and beat well.....add sifted cake flour baking powder and mix in then add milk gradually whilst mixing to format batter once all milk is used then mix in oil.... Grease baking tin well with spray and cook and preheat oven at 180'c pour batter into tin and place in preheated oven bake for 35 to 40 minutes add 3 to4 toothpicks to keep track of ...until it comes out clean Separate bowl mix caramel and 125 fresh then gradually add icing sugar .... to format icing.... Once cake is baked allow to cool before topping over .... then spend curd and caramel icing just before serving.... P.S.... this is my own recipe so u may change amounts of ingredients as u wish Enjoy..... Method
