Don’t try to change me
Or rearrange me
I am what I am
And if I’m not your man
Time to make a new plan

On the other hand
If we want this too work
Toward a relationship planned
We must talk and communicate 
Without ultimatums that aggravate

In the final analysis 
If you rather put me on the shelf 
Look in the mirror 
And go change yourself
