Watching the clouds as they flow,

pinkish hues from twilights afterglow.

Darkened skies with tiny pinpricks,

millions of stars filling the distance.

From here to infinity,

Calming waves of humility.

As I stare up into the night,

I am awed at such a wondrous sight.

A gorgeous woven tapestry,

Stretching as far as my eye can see.

I hope that in the years that are yet to pass,

This beautiful view will always last.
