You just want to step out of it, the whole "race". If you have depression, anxiety, this is not something to ignore. Depression, frustration, anxiety, pain, it's all just natural prosess of becoming a stronger version of yourself. What I'm going t tell you wont be easy. It will be hard, because life is hard, that's what life is. With depression one of the most important thing is that your not alone. No matter what your going through right now, doesn't mean it's not going to end. I like to think that with the depression we go through now, we think that there is no light at the end of the tunnel. You don't know what's ahead of you. I'd like to say that there is a light at the end of that tunnel. But it won't be easy to get there. Life is challenging, there are ups and downs. these challenges that you face, they're going to do their best to take you down. Do not let them. You can't just give up. Your team needs you, your family needs you, your life needs you. Line up those problems and confront them, face them, do not let them bring you down. Do not see depression as something you can't shake. See it as Winter, and Winter always leads into Spring. See it as nighttime, and nighttime always leads into daytime. Hold on to that fundlmental quality of faith, and on the other side of your pain is something good. Suicide is something that will not help! Do not end your life just because you think you are a wast of space, of pathetic. You are not! God put you into this world for a reason. If he didn't want you in this world, he would have never made you. You are perfect just the way you are. Never, and I mean NEVER say that you don't belong here! Because you do! Stand up. Let loose, and let those challenges raise you up. If you made mistakes yesterday, it's okay. Yesterday's you is still you. Your mistakes are what makes you, you. You are worth more than anything. Life is worth living. You can be cured. You can get passed it. This depression will pass, and something better will take it's place. Let you light shine through the darkness. I've seen some people doubt themselves, because they thought they were were not good enough. Again you are perfect just the way you are. Don't change that. Love yourself. Don't hate. Hopefully all of this has inspired you to think again about your troubles. I know what you are all going through, be cause I have gone through this mental illness too. I have suffered the same pain self esteem, and hatred of myself. And I am a new person. You should be too.
I agree with much of what you say bit the are two points I’d like to address You were accurate in saying that you have to work hard at your issues but the will not far away They can be controlled and minimized with hard work but the remain in some fo where you can control them We may understand what someone is going through if we’ve had a simple experience But we canning feel their pain We can relate it to our pain but each of us have a different personality- relationships all sorts of life variations We can empathize and sympathize but that is all I t is helpful however going through in understanding what their
