Lay firm the foundation
let hate not reside
try to avoid temptations
and keep Faith at your side.
Branch out and discover
all the gifts Mother shares
be humble and thank her
for all that she bears.
Always remember to honour
the Life force within
for without Love and Compassion
we could not begin.
So go forth and seek Truth
and grow in its yield
because no matter what happens
we are all really of just One field.
