I close my eyes and there you are,
you dazzle me from near and far.
Your infectious smile, it strikes me too,
it warms my heart, so uniquely you.
So perfectly carved from head to toe,
from hips to calves, from eyes to nose.
Both inside and outside your brilliance flows,
I am energized, my heart explodes.
I was a wreck before I met you,
emotions ran rampant, my heart was blue.
I can't explain how you did what you do,
how you changed my life and made it brand new.
It's now four in the morning and sleep eludes me
maybe it was a bad idea to have that cup of coffee.
My heart is so full, I'm bursting with energy,
eyes wide open, it's your face that I see.
