Magpie fights with a buck
knocking beak on the buck's head
monkeys in rally jump on road and trees, train like an arrow runs on the track , a pack of haunting dogs bark
wolves howl predators munch
canines chase herds of beasts
it is the Kheda in jungle!
Enormous delicate nests like the volleys hang on the trees swing in fear
train runs slow on the bridge
beating the drums over river
ripples murmur, jargon oppresses
a civilized man hired the muscle men
rough hooligans mad and wicked
vandal estates people to fate
hysteria, phobia and anxiety
beat the drums of destiny
in this favourite game of Kheda
dholak of culture hangs
around the Civilization's neck
wicked hands beat the dholak unprecedentedly
no node no rhythm no harmony
where the devotees sing violent
vulgar songs titillating ecstasies
offering perfumes to harlots
It is Kheda to dirty Civilization
wolves with envy eyes and thirsty tongues having no mercy
and pieces of bone
prowl to tear flesh and bones
ready to suck and lick blood of humanity.
