Stalking the very moment
Taunting the dance of instinct 
Playing with the shadow of time
Starting the charge 
Ramping up its stare 
Smells the game beginning 
Setting its trap
Launching it is airborne 
Pounce violation has begun
Each bite and tare
Satisfiaction is met 
Until all is well
And the hunt begins again
