It is so gratifying to see so many of are community whose writing before -
Showed them locked behind depression’s door 
Now when I read what they write 
Many have started to fight 
They’re changing their world of despair 
Starting to breath the fresh 

One wonders how the change began
When for so long depression ran
It’s a combination of things
To change life’s pendulum swing

Will and desire starts the spirit to fire
Inspiration from others-
Our WO sisters and  brothers
Other role models they found
To help get thier feet off the ground 
And individual creatively as well
All joined to break that bad spell

The saga of course doesn’t end 
As we share together friend to friend
It is just a beginning 
So others can join in the winning   

I too benefited from this revelation 
To aid in dealing with my situation
You’re never to old to learn 
Young or old if it’s what you rally yearn
