When you’re on an emotional trip
And you sails begin to dip

You don’t know what to do 
But you’re the captain- passenger and crew

You’ve got to take control of the wheel 
No matter how you feel 

The Admiral has give you the command
You can call a helping hand

We sometimes travel on life’s stormy sea
We call on our experience whatever it might be

We should be prepared for any emergency 
And  evaluate the degree of urgency 

With all our efforts and what we tried
We  can  hold on till the storm subsideds

This won’t happen on every trip 
But are you prepared to right the ship
