This is the best crime story I have so far read. The story is too simple but till the end nothing is known about the brilliant mastermind of the husband. I can't copy the story of the book because it would be a breach of copyrights but can brief the story.

The story starts with a interior designer who designs the interiors of the client's houses. Like this he meets a beautiful woman client and falls in love and is ready to marry her. She has a jealous friend who also loves the designer, but the designer rejects her proposal because he is deeply in love with her friend. This infuriates her and she poisons her friend's mind and as a result she rejects him and marries a rich foreigner.

Time passes and after 5 years, a man comes to the designer and asks to design his bungalow and offer him the amount more than what he demands and when the designer doesn't take the extra amount, he explains him all the difficulties he has so far faced from his wife and shows him her photo. Looking at the photo the designer understands that the person who is talking to him is none other than his ex girlfriend's husband.

The man asks the designer to find a person who could help him in making his wife divorce him. The designer says that he himself will help him. The man happily takes the designer to his mansion. Looking at him, she feels like she has acquired a lost hope and once again both of them fall in love.

The man asks both his wife and the designer to marry and give him his divorce but the lady isn't interested in losing his huge property and even the designer who has spent the past 8 months in lavish lifestyle isn't ready to forsake both the life and his lost girlfriend whom he has acquired.

Now the man didn't have an option because the designer has joined with his wife and both proved as a hectic headache. After some days the man's wife's best friend visits her and finds the designer and asks her that why she has let him in. For that the lady says that he has changed now and not the same person. 

It was the lady's birthday and in the end of the party the designer drinks a lot and by mistake goes to his girlfriend's friend room and rapes her. In the morning when the lady knows that she loses her mindset and kills the designer. 

The husband to save his wife takes the blame on him but on investigation it comes to notice that the lady has murdered the designer by the witness of her friend and she even submits the cctv footage which further proves that the lady has murdered the designer. 

The court offers life term imprisonment for the lady, deeply regretted the wife offers divorce to the husband and bids bye. The husband gets both his property and his divorce at the same time he also gets his girlfriend back. The girlfriend is none other than the lady's best friend.

The story is too simple but reminds one thing LUST FOR SOMEONE'S PROPERTY GIVES NO HAPPINESS. What would have happened if the lady would have divorced his husband and would have married the designer?At least by this act she would have got some compensation and the designer his money. Both of them would have led a good lifestyle but it didn't happen. That's why LUST IS ALSO ANOTHER DOOR TO CRIME.
