It is a simple concept:
What I can’t do by myself I can do with others
A timeless practice of Strength In Numbers
As in most actions it has been used for good and unfortunately for destructive
purposes as well
Many of us have been part of this as paticapants or victims at sometime in their lives
At 13- moving into a new state and community-I became part of this
deceitful action for acceptance and protection
It was verbal without victims -among a small group of my  “friends “ but no less despicable -deceitful Ann in excusable

Years later -serving in the Army I was a victim of this action and fought back verbally and physically remembering how ashamed I was from my earlier
behavior

I firmly believed it takes far more courage- strength and integrity to follow
Your faith and conscience and refuse to participate anything objectionable

There are many accountsof our writers
being victims of these hanious attacks
In a variety of ways that have resulted in tragic mental and physical damage

Many have nowhere to turn for help and detail the incidents with such pain
revealed in their writings

As disturbed as this is it is equally disturbing to be unable to directly help these victims
We can and do encourage writing and sharing and support through “comments”
Beyond that - I’m not sure what our community can do
In retrospect this sounds like a plea and I suppose it is for anyone with ideas

Not much else to say except -
What do you say?

true..emotional and mental pain is far more devastating than physical pain..wounds of words cut deeper than any weapon..
