I’ve been around a long time
I’ve seen alot- not everthing but a lot
I’ve experienced a lot- not everything but a lot 
By no means I’m not a man of the world 
Bit my learning flag flies unfurled

Life is still an ever changing journey with twists and turns
Some unexpected -others predictable  

I often adhere to this saying
“If it can get worse-it will”
I think this often when I hit periodical
lows
Sometimes it happens- other times I’m surprised and relieved when the the good light shines

I’ve been going through a stretch of downers so I was taken aback when things changed for the better 
Sometimes 
I’m so wrapped up in giving advice to others that I ignore ME
 
At my age there aren’t to many peers giving advice to octanogerians 
But I’m learning from this versatile 
and talented WO community 

Not only about writing but about life
All of you have a level of wisdom to share 
Irrespective of age -different experiences develop different situations - stratagies and solutions 
All we have to do is listen to what is said rather than who said it 

An open mind gives you many choices
