Into the Valley of Death I rode.  I came upon a man in shadowy robes.  I came to a stop as he raised a bony hand.  Pointing to me, "Get out of this land."  I mustered up every ounce of couage.  I stood before him, still quite nervous.  So many times, he's stood before me.  Every time, he would leave me behind.  "I cannot leave, I must face my fear.  I keep seeing your image, after all these years."  He let out a deep, raucous laugh.  "Young man, it is not I that you fear!  Let go of your past, look in the mirror.  Your time has not come, and you're not welcome here.  Now go back and face your true fear."  He removed the hood from around his head, "Go now young man, you're not yet dead.  Live out your life, before we meet again."  With those words, he disappeared. And I rode out of the valley, a renewed vigor to face my true fear.
