I saw her My eyes caught a sight of pure beauty Reminded of her physical Spoken beauty throughout the day Alerted that her heart received But, still doesn't deliver pain Wanting to believe her sways of pleasure to be momentary Only to find That her rythem truly reacted to my open gates What does she have me seeking? Shockingly steering away from old ways What has she done? Recreating my faith Is her time genuinely spent to bond? As she uncousiously prepares me for her holds Holds I embrace For the first time I've comfortably allowed her in my mind Allowing her to see That I'm more than capable of loving at the right time Risking the deepest fear Of loosing our secret place Our place that is shared expressing my desired wants for her fully As I intensely grip her perfectly curved waist Even if it's compassion Effection That she needs Even if it's time True attention That she regrets to leave Even if she thinks of someone other than me She's proven my spot to be completely were she keeps it Do I complete what it is she needs? Closed With cautious thoughts Of a torn me As I speak things she can't bare to hear I image a soft face Breathing heavily Pacefull Refusing to keep her sight stared Verblessly, I have promised to keep her fears Just nightmares As, I too Fear to loose her Knowing I'd drown in sorrow if she was absent If I couldn't hold her near So forgive me If I have put you at risk And forgive me if I've allowed this door to crack Letting her take that chance to enter in But Thank me If she chooses to love you right For Heart, I'm not looking to resist her twice But Maybe She's what we need A dose of antibiotics Not needing another measure As I taste and see Her want to show us a true light As she takes in that breath of concentration as she speaks " Lighten up" In her own words " Let down those guards Let this road steer you away from those common curbs Where you choose to drop off old bags of dirt Filled with trash Where you try to leave memories of moments That were never intended to last Hold my hand tightly Can you feel my hold back? Come with me this way Where you won't have to relook for those bags Come with me this way Take a chance at a feeling that will last" Written by: Maiakla Stephens
