Don’t  let my smile fool you
You can’t feed  my pain

You say I’m looking better 
Don’t  let looks deceive you

If you really want to help me 
Ask how I’m doing

Do you want to help me  
Or do want me to feel better 
So you can feel better 

If you’re uncomfortable around me 
Tell me-I’ll understand 

If you can’t think of supporting words 
Just give me a hug

If you really want to help
Listen to what I want to say

I will not feel better overnight
But if you read and follow my guide 

I will get better
