The truth breaks people's heart. But you'll be trustable and called 'honest'. 
Truth is a hard thing to say when you did something bad or just don't want to get in trouble. 
But it increases a trustable word you say.
The more truth you say the more trustable you become. But sometimes you have to lie which is bad. It decreases trust and honesty. 
You should tell the truth more often even if it's hard. 
I lie too and regret ever making that choice so instead I try to tell the truth more often.
It either makes people mad or happy that you told the truth. That's why it's called.
