I need my bed

I meant what I said 
Girl...... you need to see
That it’s all in your head 
You’re what you believe 


If you believe you’re depressed
Then that’s what you’ll be
If you think you are sad
Then you’ll sit there and weep
Focusing on the bad 
Forgetting your dreams 
Ain’t good for your health 
It’s making you weak
