Everything I learned about love, I learned from my mother. For it is mother's who bend, twist, flex and break dramatically before our uninitiated eyes. If I was half the woman my mother was, I'd be twice the woman I am today. In one way or another, we owe our mother's our life. She not only gave me a life, but she gave up her own to ensure my well-being. My mother is my best friend and I love her to the moon and the stars and back.
I'm not only the daughter of an amazing woman but I am, in fact, the mother of an awesome son. A son who changed my life for the best thirteen years ago and he's my precious gift from God. There is no role in life that's more essential than motherhood, a role that has shaped me into the mommy that I am today. My son is my inspiration, he gives me strength, and brings joy to my life. My son is also my best friend and I wouldn't want it any other way. That's what a mother's love is all about.
