I want to do what's best for the one I care for.  But am backed into a dark corner. My thoughts are racing and I can't even begin to gather them. I'm torn. Do I join forces with the enemy for the sake of the one I call child or do I turn my back to spare my self the frustration and the inner torment? Do I work towards the common goal or turn back so cold? I am torn.
