Who even cares
Does it matter
Or is pain all there is
I lift my head 
To only see no one there 
Is this all a dream 
Or am I miserly mad
Am I confined to a room
And this is my delusion 
Are you real
Or do I torture myself 
Do I continue 
Or is it you the master of my nightmare 
What is and what should be
Where have I gone
Trust not sure of any of this
