There is a saying: 
“If it can go wrong-It will go wrong “
I’m not a big believer in sayings
But I’m a little more of a believer now

One way to describe life-
It’s like a series of hurdles
Some your able to clear 
While others are to difficult 

The ones you get over
 Give you the pleasure and fulfillment 
 The tough ones are those that are depressing- frustrating and painful 
After a few of these you’re hoping to get to the good ones but all you see down the line are the high hurdles and they appear to get higher as you approach them

This has been my personal track meet for the past week 
I then start thinking  or wishing)
“ This shit has to end -what else can happen “
And sure enough it does

Being someone who has given advice and guidance to others -I’m thinking it’s time you give some to yourself  
Through sleepless nights and distracting days I face this quagmire of issues some of which I cannot control
Working out some stopgap methods eases the tension as more issues arise for the near future 
My solution is there is none except to deal with them one at a time until I 
see those great low hurdle down life’s 
ever-changing track
