Many or our writings have equated personal struggles as a war
For many that is an accurate description 
However we define those brutal situations 
It is an internal conflict as we face our own enemies as well as external influences from others
From birth we have been strongly armed with gifts to fortify both our physical and 
emotional stability 
These are our defenses against the perils
that we may encounter at varied times 
throughout our lives
We all strive for happiness- stability -meaningful relationships-to love and
 to be loved
And thus the stage of our lives are prepared for battles-personal and individual obstacles that hinder this wonderful aspect of life
The enemy is self doubt -fear disappointment -criticism -abuse-often 
fueled by others
Each one of us may define the enemy and 
out strengths differently but to enjoy the good times which is our peace - we have to be ready to battle
It is an ongoing process that we describe in our writings 
Some have overcome and  have found the quality we seek 
Others are still immersed in a battle of survival 
There is no single answer to defeat this enemy or to gain that much- cherished peace 
Each one must recognize their strengths 
and weaknesses and develop a plan to combat this dreaded foe
Outside support can be a strong reenforcement to our campaign 
Whatever our strategy- it can often be a fierce struggle requireing desire and a strong will to win
The rewards are priceless- -also expressed by many of the writings
I look forward to read and write more about our war and hope that many of us will have focused on PEACE
