How much do we really know
about ourselves
How do we present ourselves to others
How much are we influenced by who they think we are or who they want us to be
                           ?
Wether consciously or subconsciously
we confront there issues regularly
We may ignore what we  recognize even rationalize our findings but we cannot
escape the reality of these issues

They manifest themselves at different
times and different ways
Do we feel we have an  accurate picture of who we are
Do we project ourselves the way others
think we are or the way they want us to be
                         ?
The questions are redundant to emphasize of how we perceive ourselves-and how we think others perceive us or would want us to be

With the complexity of daily living and for other reason we may not address this issue

However if this issue controls you
rather than  you attempting to control it
How do you evaluate who you are
                         ?
Finally consider this:
You can’t be a good friend to others until
you truly like yourself

You can’t love someone until you love yourself

These are not facts-just food for thought

This presentation represents what I was confronted with growing up snd to this dayI am constantly evaluating and reevaluating ME because situations and behavior have a web and flow
At times I don’t like what I find but the first person I must be honest with is
                         ME

I wish you all well in the pursuit of
                     Yourselves
