Hold on tight to those that love you
Do not ever let them go
Show them how much you love them 
They too need to know

For someday they will be goIng back
To their maker in heaven above
and you will be left with memories
To hold onto and recall with love 

You see when their place is empty
No one could ever fill that space
To share the times you spent together
or put that same smile upon your face

Please cherish every single moment
With those around you who truly care
For someday you will reach out to hold them
and find that they’re no longer there.
