Sunshine enveloped the room
It started attacking my gloom
I began by changing my mood
From a painful long night brood

The open window captured the breeze
That filtered my heart into ease
So quickly l felt such a change
Amazed at my mood rearranged

Exiting into the flow
Of a summer day starting glow
I briskly came down the hill
Avoiding a possible spill

The ocean was a sight to behold
Far precious than a richman’s gold
The sky a sapphire blue
Equally astounding too

Reflecting on this experience
Mother Nature supplied the evidence
To  cherish what’s real
Is a pathway to heal

From my daily strife
It enriched my life
Knowing demons are there
They may not disappear

But with my new weapon so natural
More good things I can fulfill
I’ve learned a very  strong lesson
Nature has strengthened my will
