Sunshine enveloped the roomIt started attacking my gloomI began by changing my moodFrom a painful long night broodThe open window captured the breezeThat filtered my heart into easeSo quickly l felt such a changeAmazed at my mood rearrangedExiting into the flowOf a summer day starting glowI briskly came down the hillAvoiding a possible spillThe ocean was a sight to beholdFar precious than a richman’s goldThe sky a sapphire blueEqually astounding tooReflecting on this experienceMother Nature supplied the evidenceTo cherish what’s realIs a pathway to healFrom my daily strifeIt enriched my lifeKnowing demons are thereThey may not disappearBut with my new weapon so naturalMore good things I can fulfillI’ve learned a very strong lessonNature has strengthened my will
