A New Kind Of Rainbow Read Count : 3

Category : Poems

Sub Category : N/A

Long car rides in the setting sun, everything is yellow.

Looking at myself in the rearview mirror, all I see is a crisp blue.

A song plays on the radio, but the notes are all deep red.

These colors are more vibrant than any pigment or dye.

I want to catch them all and paint you a picture.

A painting made from memories and emotion and imagination.

And it would be hopeful.

And tragic.

And beautiful.

Just like you
