Sometimes we have to stop what we are truly writing about because something comes on our mind that want let go until it is written down. I know I am working on my book right now but this bearing on my mind. I don't know who it's meant for or why but it is. 
Do you believe in magic? Have you watched Once Apon A Time and wandered how if fairy tales are real, if magic is real. I do alot of research on unusual things. I love it. Especially believing there is truth in evwrything. It's all based on events and truth. What may surprise is how it all starts.
   Magic starts with what you write. Yes we keep secrets with writing, we keep promises with writing, you can write something that can cut a person to the bone. So where does it begin. Have you ever thought about where writing begins. Spelling, sounds simple enough right. Look at that word closely SPELLing. Yes, words put together the right way is nothing but spells. Do you read something and just cry your eyes out or even watch a movie. Yes movies began as ideas that are spelled out on paper. Witches have a certain way they write there spell or they want work. That's how important writing is. If you want your writing to amount to anything you have to put the spell into it. You say you don't believe in magic though. Huh, what do you think you are doing when you are blowing out a candle and making a wish on your birthday cake? When you blow dandelions and make a wish, when you have a good luck charm that you can't live without. All magic. 
The scary side. Yes words can hurt but you can bring on bad things with your words. You don't believe in curses but why do you think these horrible words are called curse words. Yes your words can bring a curse on someone. You would be surprised at what can learn if you have an open mind. 
To put it short if you use your words and writing with your heart and soul you can create spells and curses. There is a reason they are called this. I would be extremely careful especially if someone curses you. They may know what they are doing.
