Mistakes-we all make themWe’re human- not perfect 
Some may be serious 
Others quite laughable 
Even embarrassing 
If it’s hurts someone we care about
It can hurt us as well
Whatever the circumstances 
How can it effect us-our self image-our
ego 
Do we agonize -lower our self worth or can we weather this storm-chalk it up
to experience-apology if appropriate 
and store it in our experience bank
aware of avoiding it again
If we have the strength-desire-a good support system we can continue to 
look for quality in our life 
Basically it should not destroy us although  it can be extremely upsetting 
Like any situation and emotion it’s part
of life’s process
We hope that we can work through this and realize that we will make mistakes 
but we are also capable of doing good- 
even great things and we can continue to strive for love and happiness as we continue life’s journey
