The Official Definition Of Rejection:

The dismissing or refusing of a proposal, idea, etc.

My Simple Definition Of Rejection:

When someone is told otherwise.

Most people fear rejection.

Do you?

I admit, I do...

When people aren't confident in themselves, then get rejected, that hurts more than if you were confident, and got rejected.

(I'm truly sorry if you can't exactly understand my wording. I just didn't know another way to explain it...)

Confidence is the main contender that makes rejection as hurtful as it can be.

Definition of Confidence:

the state of feeling certain about the truth of something.

A More Simple Definition Of Confidence:

Believing in yourself.

When it comes to rejection, i don't exactly know how to help people. But understanding that someone's confidence level could make the feeling better or worse, could help somewhat.

If you don't exactly know how to help someone with rejection either, try my way. It doesn't get rid of it 100%, but it helps! :)

(You also cant get rid the feeling of rejection 100% anyways...)

Now for some quotes that could help someone, or even you!

Don't feel bad if someone rejects you or ignore you. People usually reject and ignore expensive things because they can't afford them. - Unknown
