The little bird's wing is broken now
But she won't take a bow
She will continue fight through the pain
Knowing there's everything left to gain
She won't believe in anymore lies
Or be jealous of the other bird that flies
She hopes she'll fly again someday
Here's to hoping that one day
She'll fly again
Maybe with a friend
And leave this troubled world behind
Then she'll no longer be blind
To the blue skies around her
Or the other lovely birds
She'll never give up on the dream
Of feeling the warming sun beam
Down on her as she flies
The moment so bliss, she cries
Tears of joy and relief
That she stuck to her belief
That she could get through it
