Look in the mirror 
Don’t look at WHAT you see
Look at WHO you see
Do you have the courage to do this
It challenges your ability to deal  with who you are as you see and feel it
We can spend a great deal of time 
wearing the masks of what others want us to be
But when you focus on you looking back at you it can change or illuminate your 
self lmage as YOU see it
It can be more difficult than it seems 
We often spend so much time with people on all levels that we can be drawn in to the “Please Everbody”
Interaction and the one we end up displeasing and disappointing most is US
If this is an issue for you the mirror can be an effective way to initiate the changes that you write about
Being yourself comes at a price
We can’t be all things to everyone 
It is our present and future that we carry 
forever 
This is an opportunity to change direction if that is your desire 
Look in the mirror and see what
