Celebrate the good thingsRide out the bad
That’s the flow of life 
There’s no balance between the two
At times they come in spurts
At times they are predictable 
Are we ready to deal with tough ones 
Do we have the strength-desire-
support -patience to withstand whatever fate throws at us 
It is easy to enjoyable life when pleasure abounds
That enjoyment can also be a reserve
of our coping mechanism for changes are inevitable 
Even a crushing blow can be managed 
The key is to control it-not to let it
control you
