My name is Annie and you are me,
I'll serenade you with doubts and worry,
My name is Debbie and you are me,
Come dance to death and melancholy.

My name is Annie and I am you,
Listen closely to my perturbing tunes,
My name is Debbie and I am you,
Deafening deceits, "You are NO good!"

Annie screams, "Go! You're late already!"
Debbie mumbles, "No! My limbs won't let me!"
Annie whispers, "Hide! My mind is reeling!"
Debbie moans, "Die! Just let me be please!"

Sweet Annie and Debbie seldom agree,
Except upon blocking the great reveal,
They both would rather see you bleed,
Than show you who you are or could be.

When Annie met Debbie,
It was loathe at first sight,
When Anxiety meets Depression,
Hope and reality takes flight.
