Music is a work of art

It’s been with me  from the start

From Folk to Symphonic 

It’s been a healing tonic

It’s caressed me during joy 

Guided me through pain

I  listen constantly 

For it always helps me gain

When I’m down and start to brood

It can quickly change my mood

When I’m feeling great 

It helps me celebrate 

It’s a panacea to be sure

Each day I love it more

The greatest thing about it

I do not have to live without it

That’s why I am addressing 

This wonderful gift and blessing
