I rounded the corner of 7th Avenue off of Franklin street and saw a man standing over an 8' folding table completely covered with paints, spray cans brushes and all kinds of art supplies. A bluetooth speaker was pounding out the tunes and he was dancing with a blue spray can over Marvel Comic Thanos holding Tampa Heights in the palm of his hand. 

"Why Thanos?" I asked him, curious as to why he would pick probably the most poweful supervillian in history.

He Said, "I've been waiting over a year for Thanos to return. Those jokers at Marvel Comics have been dragging their asses on me. So, I'm giving Thanos back to the community. It's my contribution and I seriously love what I'm doing."

I looked at his work and told him, "Bro, you're killing it. This is really good." He smiled and didn't miss a beat but danced aroung some more with his spray can adding some black lines beneath the knuckles of Thanos glove. 

"Thanks, man." He said, "I got a call last night and was asked if I could come over and put a piece up in this wall. I immediately agreed but didn't know what i was going to put up. This idea came to me like a dream and I drafted up a sketch, though I didnt need a scetch." He added with a crooked grin. "The image of it was so clear in my mind." Then he cranked up the music and roared with a laugh. "Thanos rules, Baby!"

I watched him for several more minutes. He was totally focused, and no longer being under the intense focus of his  attention, I soon turned and went back on my route.
