The same flaws you find in me, you ignore in you.
What you condemn in me, you excuse in you.
What I admit openly, you keep hushed in you.
And when others mock and scorn me, you pretend you do not see.
I know that I am almost you, and you are almost me,
but where I live life in the open, you are afraid to be.
