Calm after the storm
Thought it would never end
This raging wrath of gods
Day in and day out
Whenever I thought it was over
It came back with a vengeance 
To destroy my world 
Made of glass
Protected only with my prayers 
and my faith ..
I bow in acceptance 
facing this angry monster 
with glowing eyes,
long black  hair...blowing in the air...
refusing to return. ..came to destroy. ..

Praying it to pass ..just pass
Go..just go..

And then 
it stops ...suddenly. .
Just like it started..
Slowly .. very slowly 
the rumbling of angry gods
Starts to fade away....
Like a smiling  bowing ballerina withdrawing from the stage..

And the peace prevails ...
Once again
