As in most life adventures 
There exists the highs and lows
Being in love is the dynamic that makes us the most vulnerable 

It is an emotional communication that 
We make to ourselves and to the target of our affection 
Sometimes it is mutual sometimes it is
a product of our need-desire and even wishful thinking
We may find ourselves at the top of the loop enamored by our feelings not realizing that there are always drops and dips from many causes 

Relationships even if they are well- established require the  willingness to
listen-understand-commuicate and
compromise
The reward is the mutual appreciation 
that enhances and strengthens the bond between two people 

Often times if  a relationship dissolves
the pain can be intense and inhibiting one from moving on
It requires patience and understanding 
to go through this and some agonize
for many years

Those who have uncommunicated feelings for another  may fantasize 
 their relationship but never go beyond that living with the disappointment 

How we come to terms with these situations varies based on each 
individual’s choices 

Love is a beautiful thing that we all need and wish for-but it is not a fairytale 
It requires hard work at times but the rewards can last a lifetime
