Do not swear by the moon, for she changes constantly. Then your love would also change. -William Shakespeare
It's all happened many moons ago
Was born as toy everyone throw
I am a loser. They called me "dreg"
I always never get what I did beg
Even rain does not want to talk to me
Clouds don't cry. Cause they all are happy.
Sitting in my bed I'm finding a reason.
I wish i could be like normal people.
The only shady moon is my companion
I talk to her. It makes my feelings burn
Even she sometimes hides behind clouds
Doesn't want to listen. Fades in cloud shrouds.
Then I am alone. Alone with my thoughts
Can't throw em-they tie my hands in knots.
Voices're screaming that I am a nonentity
I admit because recently I lost my identity
Now I compare myself with shady moon
Hiding dark side. listening star's croon.
But in reality there is no dark side
It's all dark. I know it . Moon lied.
She is watching me from the dark blue sky
I can watch for hours while people pass by
You only see her when the sun lights her
But she has soul, not a blind allure.
Compare:Sun wakes you every morning
Leaves in sunset and back in dawning
Sun's like people: they come and leave.
Dessapear. But Moon will always be here.
She is not the sun everyone's praying for
One viewer -moon does not need more
Shekspeare wrote not to swear by her
So maybe, but can he find a better cure ?
I change my mindset like she's changing shape
I'm living in Set against an arid moonscape
stars are dancing the warrior of the sun
Better to be moon than the self-loved one.
