A true friend comes at any age any gender any ethnic group any language any distance 🦋You are fortunate if you have one🦋You are blessed if you have
many
                   🦋🦋🦋

True Friends come in different ways
They’re with you through the
changing days
 No matter where they are
Be it near or far
They’ll stop to lend an ear
To soothe an emotional tear
Wether good or bad 
If you’re happy or your sad 
They’ll open their heart to you
Which is just what you would do
No judgment no sustain
An umbrella for the rain
You’ll shed tears if you must 
And share uncompromising trust 
This mutual relationship 
without a doubt
Can guide you through every to bout
Can praise you when you do well
Keep secrets when others tell
All and all they are a gift to cherish 
Be thankful -you blessed

It took me over a decade including writing a memoir of a part of my life to realize the kids I considered my friends back in high school were not True friends at all.
