I've always been alone
Like a dog without a bone
An alpha without a pack
Something always seems to lack
Never a place to call home
Forever I must roam
The road traveled alone can kill
It strangles ones very will
But that's the way I prefer to be
After all it's always been just me

People promise they will stay
But their promise is like a flower
Dead or gone within the hour
