In the few months that I’ve been with WO I have read and read and read
As a result I have been-
Elated
Saddened 
Confused
Frustrated 
Motivated 
Blocked 
Eager
Reluctant 
Helpful 
Helpless 
Proud
Ashamed 
Compassionate
Angry
ETC.
In reflection I realize that all of us represent humanity under it’s best and worst conditions and have had the courage to reveal ourselves unashamedly
We have asked for help-offered help-
even helped-been gratified and disappointed 
We are part of a community of people 
living and sharing their life experiences 
I’m so proud and grateful to be part of this-My Sanctuary 🦋
