Sparkled along the night sky
With a merciless radiant glow
Both so far and near
Is the majestic shine you show
Although you look so small
I sense your profound size
As you glisten with your companions
You are a delightful surprise
Decorating the atmosphere
With the shimmer of your sparkled edges
Glowing against mother earth
On plants, stones and hedges
Noticeably shining in the sky of my mind
Through the night's darkest hour
Symbolising the hope I once had
As you're my little star
