Take time my child to ease your pain
The path before you begins your gain
No longer lost may your mind be free 
For love and laughter is what I see
The darkness will fade 
The light appear 
When all that you’ve known
Will disappear 
True love awaits outside the door
Just turn that key and fear no more
You’ve withstood the shadows 
Of terror and rage
Hold your head high 
And turn that page 
People who love you 
So true to the heart 
The shadows are weakness
That tear you apart
Walk into the light 
We wait for you there
Happiness waits 
There’s plenty to share
Life is not meant 
To be wasted in vain
So much to be cherished 
So much to be gained
Thou innocence lost
So much you have learned
That shadow of evil
Be lost and let burn
The day will come
You’ll open your eyes 
And at the moment 
You’ll realize
Love is not a battle
Or A game to be played
It’s a mutual respect 
A team if you may. 
Know what you feel
What you can offer too
Expect in return 
The same love for you
