   Summer had been approaching quickly with the flowers in bloom, and bees buzzing you could smell the aroma of the grass cooling down from the sun's hot rays as the evening drew closer. Octavia had been with her bestie; Jayla after school, they had made plans to go buy a sexy lingerie outfit for the both of them now that Jayla had turned 18.

"As bad as who?, Who are you talking about J?" 

"O, I wish I could make this easier, I wish men weren't such pigs" Jayla started to ramble. " But I have to tell you what I saw, when I was at Joselyn's Kegger last night I seen Adam there" 

"Yeah he told me he had stopped in there to have a drink with his bros" O replied.

"Did he also tell you about his make out session with Christie Adams?" Jayla interjected. 

"Wh..Wh... What?" Octavia studdered. "He had come over to my place afterwards; and then he and I, you know..." 

"O; hun. You know that I would and have never lied to you" Jayla reassured her friend. "I didn't believe it either, he obviously didn't see me at the party.  And I also have proof of him cheating, knowing that he's not going to admit to this and I didn't want for any reason you not to believe me" 

"I, I just can't believe he would do that to me, of course I believe you but just for my reassurance I would like to see the video you took" Octavia stammered. "He told me that he loved me and only ever wanted to be with me". 

   Octavia started to start to weep, "Fucking men" as she wiped her tears away. 

"Here's the video babe, it's quite extensive in his actions with her" Jayla said softly handing O her phone. 

    Octavia took the phone her friend and played the video. Even though it was just a low definition camera, it was clear enough for her to see Adam sitting on the couch with Christine. She could see Adam kissing Christine'ss neck, and his hands slowly sliding up her thigh and disappear under her barely existing skirt. The look on Christine's face was obvious to where Adam's fingers were at that moment. He was finger banging her, as Octavia watched she remembered all the times he finger banged her in a public place, she remembered how hot and exciting she thought it was. "I'm sorry O, he's a fucking cheating goof prick" Jayla said consolling her friend, as she pulled her into her arms and hugged her close.

She didn't know what else to do but hold her friend close as she wept in the comfort of her best friend. 

"Can you forward that video to my phone please, I may use that evidence later when I confront him" Octavia asked.

"No problem" Jayla said and forwarded the video to Octavia.

All that Octavia could think about that her boyfriend fucked that girl hours before he came over to her place and 'made love' to her. At least she believed it was making love at that moment; now she had come to the realization was that her boyfriend most likely didn't ever mean any of the promises  he made regarding their relationship. That this most likely wasn't his first time he'd cheated on her, and everything he had once told her in regards to how he only ever wants to be with her, and how he couldn't believe how lucky he was to have such a beautiful girl as his girlfriend. Making promises about never hurting her or ever needing anyone else but her.  Now they had been all lies. Now with this recent news of her cheating boyfriend Octavia was just looking forward to going home, and going to bed. She didn't look forward to confronting Adam. She decided she'd rather just leave this issue for another day, she couldn't handle dealing with confronting Adam today. 

When Octavia got home she went directly up into her bedroom which she unfortunately shared with her older sister Anna. As much as Octavia longed for sometime to process this news of her cheating boyfriend alone, she wouldn't get that opportunity with her sister being around. 

Anna had been preparing for this huge summer event that was opening that night with her friend Kaitlynn. They both were getting themselves all dolled up.

"Tonight is going to be epic" Kaitlynn said to Anna as she danced around the room. "Everiyone who's anyone is going to be there tonight!" 

" I am so stoked for tonight, we're going to have so much fun!" Anna exclaimed. 

"Well lucky for me that I know one of the DJs otherwise we'd of never been able to get in" Kaitlynn added. "I think he has the hots for me too, why else would he give me free tickets to this huge event tonight that would of otherwise cost over $100 a piece".

  Kaitlynn then started to fantasize about her DJ friend, Matthew; which everyone who knew him called him Newfie. Kaitlynn imagined him seeing her at the event while he was on set and dedicating a song to her. "Not likely, it's not an all ages event O. You have to be 19+ and you sis are still a minor" laughed Anna. " Plus we only got two tickets since Kaitlynn is 'tight' with one of the DJs playing.

"Your finally going to make your move!!" Anna shouted excitedly.  'About fucking time, I mean how long have you been trying to tell him how you feel?"

"It's been over a year now" sighed Kaitlynn. "We've been friends". 

"Well tonight is going to be the best opportunity you'll get to have him all alone so you can make your move" Anna replied. "You know that he likes you now, so don't worry so much about making your feelings of know to him as well. 

   Anna and Kaitlynn had gone all out with themselves and their getup for the event. By the time they were ready to leave for the pre-drinking party they both looked like hookers ready for there walk down the strip.

   Octavia couldn't stop thinking about her boyfriend cheating on her, and wondered if that wasnt the first time he'd betrayed her trust. Her instinct was that it wasn't his first time he'd cheated on her; she got lost in her thoughts of thinking all the other possible times he might of cheated. 

  It was making alot more sense to her now, why he had been so secretive with his phone. Why he didn't want to list them as a couple on Facebook, why he would always have an excuse to why he wasn't answering his phone. It was beginning to drive her to question herself and her ability to sense bullshit. 

  She was at the point where she wanted to yell and confron hit Adam, but before she could gather up the courage she got a text from Jayla.
