Tearful Good-bye


Woven within this tearful good-bye
Are the reasons of how and why.
Where living in this world so cold.
You’d be able to find my actions not so bold.

‘Tis not for fear or fright of growing old.
But a nightmare of when our souls are sold.
Know that beyond this tearful day,
I could certainly think of no other way.

Within these letters you’ll solemnly find.
Heartaches for which are all mine.
Where I choose to go, I know is foretold.
No longer can I stay, where I’ll never fit a mold.

So with somber tearful eyes,
I say I love you….
