All my tears take the form of fears

Festering, changing, growing

over the years

Those blank faces

And hallways always filled with leers

They say love yourself

But love doesn't come easy

Especially when your worst enemies lurk in your own mind

Weird rhyme pattern, but a great, meaningful, profound poem. Very Deep.

Not bad, you have a habit of using irregular ryhmes which is why it comes off as strange. It gives it a unique tag though.
