What do you see here? 


A guy smiling looking happy, right? 
He is, but in all honesty this is also the face of depression. 


We are all masters of disguise. 


At times flashing a smile only forging a false facade hindering the surface of the deep abyss hiding all of your demise. 


At times I’m dumb and at times I’m wise. 
At times I shine and rise up while on the other hand I retreat to the darkness and hide. 


What you see with your eyes is not always the truth of what goes on inside. 
What you must realize is the smile is just a disguise taking the attention from what lies deep within the eyes. 


Ask those you love and care for how they are because a simple ear given to listen to those will go very far. 


I support Mental health awareness and support all of those hiding in the the darkness. 
I’m one of you that are hidden, I’m speaking out for you. I speak out for myself, for those that lost the battle of anxiety, mental illness and depression. 


Fight those demons, you’re not alone. 
We are together and we will win and those that are no longer here will never be forgotten.
